1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, connecting third-party services (including Google Search Console or Cloudflare), or otherwise using Traffly (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Use (“Terms”).
If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.
2. Description of the Service
Traffly provides analytics, diagnostics, and decision guidance for website operators.
The Service may include:
- Search performance summaries and trends
- Site audit and diagnostic reports
- AI-assisted recommendations and explanations
- Optional integrations with third-party services such as Google Search Console and Cloudflare
Traffly provides decision support only.
We do not guarantee rankings, traffic, revenue, or specific search outcomes.
3. Eligibility and Account Responsibility
You must be legally capable of entering a binding contract to use the Service.
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activity under your account
- Ensuring you have the legal right to connect any website, property, or third-party account you authorize
4. Third-Party Integrations
4.1 Google Search Console Integration
If you choose to connect Google Search Console (“GSC”), you authorize Traffly to access GSC data strictly for providing user-requested features within the Service.
Traffly:
- Requests only the minimum OAuth scopes necessary to deliver the integration
- Accesses only properties you explicitly authorize
4.2 Cloudflare Integration
If you choose to connect Cloudflare, you authorize Traffly to access the specific analytics or configuration data required for the enabled features.
Access is limited to the scope and permissions you explicitly grant.
4.3 Core Commitment on Google User Data
When accessing Google user data (including Google Search Console data), Traffly commits that:
- Google user data is used only to provide and operate user-requested features within Traffly
- Google user data is not sold, licensed, or shared for advertising purposes
- Google user data is not used for profiling unrelated to the Service
- Google user data is not transferred to third parties except as necessary to operate the Service and only under strict confidentiality and security obligations
Users may revoke access to Google Search Console at any time via their Google account settings.
4.4 Service Providers (Sub-processors)
We may use vetted third-party service providers (such as cloud infrastructure, database hosting, analytics strictly required for operations, or email delivery) to operate the Service.
These providers:
- Process data only on our behalf
- Are contractually bound to confidentiality and data protection obligations
- Are not permitted to use your data for their own purposes

5. Customer Data and Ownership
5.1 Ownership
You retain all rights to the data you provide or connect to Traffly (“Customer Data”), including:
- Google Search Console data
- Cloudflare data
- Website URLs and configuration inputs
5.2 Limited License
You grant Traffly a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to process Customer Data solely to:
- Provide and maintain the Service
- Generate reports, visualizations, and recommendations for your account
- Secure and improve Service reliability
- Provide customer support upon request
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Access data that does not belong to you
- Violate any applicable laws or third-party rights
- Abuse, disrupt, or attempt to reverse engineer the Service
- Circumvent plan limits, quotas, or technical safeguards
- Misrepresent Traffly outputs as guaranteed or authoritative outcomes
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
7. AI Outputs and Decision Guidance Disclaimer
Traffly may generate summaries, diagnostics, or recommendations using automated or AI-assisted methods.
You acknowledge that:
- Outputs are informational and advisory only
- Outputs may be incomplete, probabilistic, or affected by data availability and external changes
- You are responsible for validating decisions made based on the Service
Traffly does not provide legal, financial, medical, or professional advice.
8. Plans, Quotas, and Billing
Traffly may offer free or paid plans with usage limits (such as projects, analysis credits, or exports).
You agree:
- Not to bypass usage limits
- To pay all applicable fees and taxes
- That fees are non-refundable except where required by law or explicitly stated
9. Data Retention, Deletion, and User Control
9.1 Retention
Customer Data is retained only as long as necessary to provide the Service and comply with legal obligations, as described in the Privacy Policy.
9.2 Revocation and Deletion
You may:
- Disconnect third-party integrations (e.g., Google Search Console, Cloudflare) at any time
- Request deletion of your account and associated data via support@traffly.io
Deletion requests are processed within a reasonable timeframe, subject to legal requirements.
10. Security
We implement administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect Customer Data, including encryption in transit and access controls.
No system is entirely secure; you acknowledge and accept residual risk.
11. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time.
We may suspend or terminate access if:
- These Terms are violated
- Required by law
- Necessary to protect the Service or other users
Data handling after termination follows Section 9 and the Privacy Policy.
12. Intellectual Property
Traffly, including its software, interfaces, and non-customer materials, is owned by SYNADEX LLC.
You may not copy, resell, or create derivative works without permission, except as allowed by law.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Traffly is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Total liability is limited to the amount paid by you to Traffly in the 12 months preceding the claim, or zero for free plans
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SYNADEX LLC from claims arising from:
- Your misuse of the Service
- Your violation of laws or third-party rights
- Your actions based on Service outputs
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
16. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect Service or legal changes.
Updates will be posted with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
